Artist Bio:
eva f
eva f is an artist, born in Australia, raised in Oklahoma and now based in New York City. She began her public appearance creating art on boarded up storefronts in the city during the pandemic of 2020. While recalling her childhood through playful chalk illustrations, and translating her life experiences as a modern woman through these images, eva's artistic voice began to emerge - personified under the pseudonym, thechalkjungle.
This moniker, born of a desire for self expression and the recognition of impermanence and its value, embodies her response to the challenges of the world — choosing to spread positivity and joy through the alchemy of art.
eva's studio practice as a multidisciplinary artist includes private collections, gallery exhibitions, select commissions and charitable contributions to New York City based organizations.
Her work can be viewed by appointment in her New York City studio.
